Just a note to let you know that our recent purchase of a 2008 Chevy Silverado from Bill Moore was an excellent experience in buying a vehicle. I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Equinox from Sunshine Chevrolet in July. I wanted to tell you what a great experience it was to purchase my new vehicle from your dealership.
I contacted your dealership several months in advance of my purchase for help in finding the right vehicle. I found that your internet pricing by far beat anyone in my area, so it was refreshing not to have to go through the "haggling" you would normally have to do at other dealerships. Jason Condrey found my vehicle and gave me several weeks to manage my financing. I called with questions and concerns intermittently and was met with an immediate response that I was happy with. AT NO TIME WAS I PRESSURED TO BUY THIS VEHICLE!
On the day that I was scheduled to pick up my new car, my daughter was admitted to the hospital for a life threatening illness. She remained in the hospital for 10 days and your dealership was not only understanding but, I was so impressed that you personally,the owner,called me to ask me about my daughter. I was told don't worry about the vehicle, to worry about my daughter's health and the car would be here whenever we worked things out.
After two weeks I called to say that I was ready to go through with the purchase process but my daughter could not be left alone, nor make the trip to the dealerhsip. Your dealership not only drove that vehicle to a restaurant near my house, but your driver took the time to meet my daughter and talk with her with such empathy about her condition. He really brightened her day!
I will never believe in my heart of hearts that I could ever get this kind of treatment or service from any other business again. I will be a loyal customer forever and recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle new or used from Sunshine Chevrolet in the future. I could never thank you enough for the very personal service we received, or the support that was given through my daughter's hospitalization.
