Quick and easy. We came to Sunshine to look at a truck after having a terrible experience at Fields Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Asheville off Smokie Park Highway in Asheville. The staff was quick and so easy to work with. We purchased the truck as well as an extended warranty and were very happy with the value. If you are looking for a quick and no bull approach to purchasing a vehicle I would recommend this dealership. This is the second time we have purchased from this dealership!

Paid $3500 for something they said they fixed only to get the truck back for the light to come back on 20 miles down the road return the truck two more times for the same problem that they were supposed to fix and then charge me another $600 telling me it was a different part which was supposed to be replaced in the beginning for the $3500

Customer service very poor, I guess they get the job done. Better than Asheville Chevy which isn’t saying much.

Nate and the service team were very helpful in getting the parts needed to fix my car. It was in your shop when ice and snow came in so they gave me a loaner car to make sure I had transportation. It took some time to isolate the problem, and one thing had to be corrected on your end. They were upfront and honest and worked things out with me in a responsible way. I really appreciated their communication, support and work.
These guys were great. No fuss and quick to respond to our questions and gave us TWO great deals in 2025. I’ll recommend my friends to check them out.
Dylan was amazing we went for my wife to get a car the one we wanted we didn’t think we could afford so was there to look at other options even though they were short staffed Dylan constantly checked in with us and even got us to a number on our car that we really wanted and got us taken care of. Will definitely be back when it’s time for me for a new truck and of course Dylan will be our salesperson.!

We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the salesperson, Isaac. It took three hours to complete a deal, even though we told the salesperson we had a check, were prepared to pay the sticker price, and did not want any add-ons. Isaac was frequently on his phone while waiting for the sales manager. Dylan intervened during this time to offer hospitality and to ensure we had the correct app to interact with the car, correctly installed.
