This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Nick was phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about him. Patient, kind, friendly, not pushy, and just a good guy. He even got my wife a chic fil a sandwich when her sugar started to drop. It was worth the drive from Elizabethton.

Service(technical) was Great. Part was.on back order and Advisor didnt let me know..Had vehicle for 1 month without any info, unless I called.

Nicholas was our first contact in the dealership. He was kind and helpful, though the service department was closed, he offered help through Jaxin. He also helped my disabled brother to the bathroom. We are so grateful for these young men, who although were unable to fix the problem offered solutions and were compassionate to our needs.
