Paid $3500 for something they said they fixed only to get the truck back for the light to come back on 20 miles down the road return the truck two more times for the same problem that they were supposed to fix and then charge me another $600 telling me it was a different part which was supposed to be replaced in the beginning for the $3500

We have bought a lot of new cars and been to a lot of dealerships, and by far, this has been the best experience. Really nice salesman, 10 out of 10. We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the
We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the salesperson, Isaac. It took three hours to complete a deal, even though we told the salesperson we had a check, were prepared to pay the sticker price, and did not want any add-ons. Isaac was frequently on his phone while waiting for the sales manager. Dylan intervened during this time to offer hospitality and to ensure we had the correct app to interact with the car, correctly installed. We had driven four hours to get to the dealership, and had provided notification we were coming and wanted the Bolt to have a full charge. The car did not have a full charge, and there were other issues at presentation, including a bad smell in the car, which had ostensibly been detailed. Other issues included an inoperable sunroof sensor, dirt in the rear hatch carpet, and a completely sand-blasted front windshield. This damage was not disclosed, and was not apparent until after we had driven the car over 150 miles to get it home. This windshield is dangerously opaque in low-light conditions. We had no orientation to the operation of the car prior to departure, and we received very little interaction from Isaac at the close of sale. We were handed the fob and he left. When we had difficulties closing the sunroof at departure, Brandon and Seth both took action to help close the sunroof prior to departure. We also appreciated that Seth heard our concerns about Isaac, which we identified at the close of deal.

I was able to communicate via text and together with a
I was able to communicate via text and together with a well designed Sunshine Chevrolet website able to identify the Chevrolet Colorado that most interested me. When I made an appointment and arrived on time, I was warmly greeted and introduced to Product Specialist, Robert who listened to me describe what I was looking for and what I was not interested in. Robert listened and accurately identified the truck that I wanted. After a few awkward back and forth exchanges abut the price, we were able to come to an agreement that was acceptable to us both. I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given an orientation to my new Colorado and all of my questions were answered. The next day when there was an unanticipated glitch in the electronics, Sales Manager Seth, quickly and completely solved the problem. I will return to Sunshine Chevrolet for service and again when I shop for my next Chevrolet. I hope you will too.

We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the
We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the salesperson, Isaac. It took three hours to complete a deal, even though we told the salesperson we had a check, were prepared to pay the sticker price, and did not want any add-ons. Isaac was frequently on his phone while waiting for the sales manager. Dylan intervened during this time to offer hospitality and to ensure we had the correct app to interact with the car, correctly installed. We had driven four hours to get to the dealership, and had provided notification we were coming and wanted the Bolt to have a full charge. The car did not have a full charge, and there were other issues at presentation, including a bad smell in the car, which had ostensibly been detailed. Other issues included an inoperable sunroof sensor, dirt in the rear hatch carpet, and a completely sand-blasted front windshield. This damage was not disclosed, and was not apparent until after we had driven the car over 150 miles to get it home. This windshield is dangerously opaque in low-light conditions. We had no orientation to the operation of the car prior to departure, and we received very little interaction from Isaac at the close of sale. We were handed the fob and he left. When we had difficulties closing the sunroof at departure, Brandon and Seth both took action to help close the sunroof prior to departure. We also appreciated that Seth heard our concerns about Isaac, which we identified at the close of deal.

I was able to communicate via text and together with a
I was able to communicate via text and together with a well designed Sunshine Chevrolet website able to identify the Chevrolet Colorado that most interested me. When I made an appointment and arrived on time, I was warmly greeted and introduced to Product Specialist, Robert who listened to me describe what I was looking for and what I was not interested in. Robert listened and accurately identified the truck that I wanted. After a few awkward back and forth exchanges abut the price, we were able to come to an agreement that was acceptable to us both. I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given an orientation to my new Colorado and all of my questions were answered. The next day when there was an unanticipated glitch in the electronics, Sales Manager Seth, quickly and completely solved the problem. I will return to Sunshine Chevrolet for service and again when I shop for my next Chevrolet. I hope you will too.

We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the
We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the salesperson, Isaac. It took three hours to complete a deal, even though we told the salesperson we had a check, were prepared to pay the sticker price, and did not want any add-ons. Isaac was frequently on his phone while waiting for the sales manager. Dylan intervened during this time to offer hospitality and to ensure we had the correct app to interact with the car, correctly installed. We had driven four hours to get to the dealership, and had provided notification we were coming and wanted the Bolt to have a full charge. The car did not have a full charge, and there were other issues at presentation, including a bad smell in the car, which had ostensibly been detailed. Other issues included an inoperable sunroof sensor, dirt in the rear hatch carpet, and a completely sand-blasted front windshield. This damage was not disclosed, and was not apparent until after we had driven the car over 150 miles to get it home. This windshield is dangerously opaque in low-light conditions. We had no orientation to the operation of the car prior to departure, and we received very little interaction from Isaac at the close of sale. We were handed the fob and he left. When we had difficulties closing the sunroof at departure, Brandon and Seth both took action to help close the sunroof prior to departure. We also appreciated that Seth heard our concerns about Isaac, which we identified at the close of deal.

I was able to communicate via text and together with a

When I made an appointment and arrived on time, I was warmly greeted and introduced to Product Specialist, Robert who listened to me describe what I was looking for and what I was not interested in. Robert listened and accurately identified the truck that I wanted. After a few awkward back and forth exchanges abut the price, we were able to come to an agreement that was acceptable to us both. I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given an orientation to my new Colorado and all of my questions were answered. The next day when there was an unanticipated glitch in the electronics, Sales Manager Seth, quickly and completely solved the problem. I will return to Sunshine Chevrolet for service and again when I shop for my next Chevrolet. I hope you will too.

Sunshine Chevrolet is our go-to Chevrolet dealer. We bought a Bolt EV from them in 2018 and that transaction went very smoothly. Now we've purchased an Equinox EV. We are very happy with the help that Martin Tellez, Seth Parker and Neal Spieler gave us, during the purchase. Martin and Neal persisted in resolving an issue with the second key fob. We'll recommend them to everyone.

Price and working with Seth was great. Provided great insight. Only downside to this, is Nathan was not very helpful unfortunately. Didn’t offer to look over the car with me or even go on the test drive. Super nice, just felt that I had to do most of the work

I've got to say, Sunshine Chevrolet in Arden is the best dealership I have ever been to. We have bought a lot of new cars and been to a lot of dealerships, and by far, this has been the best experience. Really nice salesman, 10 out of 10. If you're in the market for a new car, go by and ask for David. He's an older gentleman and very nice and not pushy. Great experience with everyone came in contact with.
