Seth was amazing!
Seth was amazing! Financing can be such a long and or stressful process. However Seth really made the whole thing feel super laid back & helped me achieve not only what I needed in finance terms, but be went the extra mile every step of the way for me which really spoke volumes. I didn’t just feel like a customer, I felt like he truly cared about what I needed financially speaking and it meant the world to me he took such great care of me and my husband when buying a brand new vehicle. He went over also in depth the important and price break down of the optional warranties they also have at time of purchase. Main reason I went for my extended warranty- is because he broke down the price what it covered, and took time to show me why in the end the importance of the warranty itself. Doing any kind of finance especially with the car industry can feel at times exhausting and stressful. Seth made it feel AMAZING & he would no matter what make it work in the end which brought me great satisfaction. Great experience with Jacob - he was attentive and extremely knowledgeable along with offering me great options on a particular make model and year. I have him exactly from my wants and needs for a vehicle and he made it happen. Great guy, I highly recommend going to sunshine Chevy. Jacob and along with rest of the staff were so helpful and I am very impressed by how I was helped. It was seamless and and for buying any car it can be stressful - and I felt at peace the entire time being assisted at sunshine Chevy. I've got to say, Sunshine Chevrolet in Arden is the best dealership I have ever been to. We have bought a lot of new cars and been to a lot of dealerships, and by far, this has been the best experience. Really nice salesman, 10 out of 10. If you're in the market for a new car, go by and ask for David. He's an older gentleman and very nice and not pushy. Great experience with everyone came in contact with.

We experienced poor and incomplete communication from the salesperson, Isaac. It took three hours to complete a deal, even though we told the salesperson we had a check, were prepared to pay the sticker price, and did not want any add-ons. Isaac was frequently on his phone while waiting for the sales manager. Dylan intervened during this time to offer hospitality and to ensure we had the correct app to interact with the car, correctly installed. We had driven four hours to get to the dealership, and had provided notification we were coming and wanted the Bolt to have a full charge. The car did not have a full charge, and there were other issues at presentation, including a bad smell in the car, which had ostensibly been detailed. Other issues included an inoperable sunroof sensor, dirt in the rear hatch carpet, and a completely sand-blasted front windshield. This damage was not disclosed, and was not apparent until after we had driven the car over 150 miles to get it home. This windshield is dangerously opaque in low-light conditions. We had no orientation to the operation of the car prior to departure, and we received very little interaction from Isaac at the close of sale. We were handed the fob and he left. When we had difficulties closing the sunroof at departure, Brandon and Seth both took action to help close the sunroof prior to departure. We also appreciated that Seth heard our concerns about Isaac, which we identified at the close of deal.
